Association Aims

 MKB Care receives funding from various sources including Skills for Care, Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) and membership fees. This helps us to meet the Association’s aims.

As a voluntary organisation run by members for members, we have specific aims to help care providers in the area of Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire. 
 
The Aims of the Association are:
·         To promote and lobby for the interests of Care Providers by working with partners in a professional and informed way

·         To support Care Providers to improve quality of care

·         To ensure that member Care Providers have access to and use the resources and opportunities provided by Bucks County Council, Milton Keynes Council, Skills for Care and other funders

·         To contribute to better planning of care provision through improved exchange of information.

·         To work in partnership with other care associations e.g. Buckinghamshire Domiciliary Care Association (BuDCA), Oxfordshire Care Homes Association (OCA), Berkshire Care Association (BCA).
